This piece is blown in stages with multiple overlays.  It features a bold Prowler Purple solid exterior, a white layer, the design layer in Prowler Purple, White and and Black, and a thick, crystal clear lens layer on the inside.  Lip is turned out and smooth.

Base is ground and finely polished.

Piece measures 3.5" tall by 9.5" wide.  It weighs 5.4 pounds.

This piece was produced by a professional glass artist living in the Seattle area.   Signed works by this artist are shown in Seattle area galleries and are sold for many hundreds of dollars.  He is very selective in choosing which pieces to sign.  An inconsistency in pattern, a bubble, a form that is not what he sought, imperfect color play, or any small feature of production that belies anything less than the perfection sought, and the piece goes unsigned.
