This cased piece is blown in stages with multiple overlays.  It features a bold red solid interior, a white layer, the design layer in dark green, cobalt blue, and hints of pink, and a thick, crystal clear lens layer.

Piece stands 4.75" tall by 8" wide.  It weighs 6 pounds.

Lip is ground and finely polished.

This cased piece was produced by a professional glass artist living in the Seattle area.   Signed works by this artist are shown in Seattle area galleries and are sold for many hundreds of dollars.  He is very selective in choosing which pieces to sign.  An inconsistency in pattern, a bubble, a form that is not what he sought, imperfect color play, or any small feature of production that belies anything less than the perfection sought, and the piece goes unsigned.

I do not know why this piece went unsigned.  The colors pop, the lip is finely polished, there are no condition problems.  See pictures.
